HOW THIS IS DIFFERENT…

This isn’t stretching and it’s not a workout.

We use a combination of:

  • Gentle, alignment-based movement

  • Breathwork that supports the core and pelvic floor

  • Neurogenic Yoga tremoring to help the body release stored tension

Tremoring is a natural, involuntary response that helps calm the nervous system and unwind patterns of holding—especially in the hips, pelvis, and core.

When the nervous system shifts, the body can start to function differently.
Less gripping. More support. More ease.

This series is for you if you’re dealing with:

  • Leaking (with coughing, sneezing, exercise)

  • Pelvic pressure or heaviness

  • Low back, hip, or SI joint discomfort

  • A feeling of tightness or weakness in your core

  • Ongoing tension that doesn’t improve with stretching or strengthening

What to Expect

Small group setting (limited to 8 people)

  • Guided movement + rest

  • Time for tremoring and integration

  • A slower pace so your body can actually change

Each session builds on the next, but every class meets you where you are.
