Yoga Classes

These group yoga classes focus on slow, intentional movement and nervous system support. Each class offers a different pathway toward release, restoration, and balance, creating a space for you to unwind tension patterns and connect to your body.

ALIGN & RESTORE

Align & Restore is a slow, supportive class designed to help your body settle, realign, and release tension. Through gentle movement, longer-held shapes, and mindful breath, this practice supports the nervous system and helps restore alignment and ease without force or strain.

This class is ideal if you’re feeling tight, fatigued, or overstimulated and want a calm, grounding way to restore balance and ease in your body.

SOMATIC FLOW

Somatic Flow is a mindful, fluid movement practice that invites you to move with awareness and curiosity. Rather than focusing on perfect shapes, this class encourages you to listen to your body and explore movement in a way that feels supportive and intuitive.

Through slow transitions and embodied attention, Somatic Flow helps improve mobility, ease tension, and reconnect you with how your body wants to move.

NEUROGENIC YOGA

Neurogenic Yoga is a gentle practice that supports the release of deeply held stress through breath, slow movement, and the body’s natural tremor response. This class works directly with the nervous system, allowing tension to unwind without forcing or pushing.

It’s especially supportive if you’re carrying stress in your body, feeling overstimulated, or wanting a practice that encourages release rather than effort.
