Spinal Flow

Spinal Flow is a gentle, hands-on practice that supports your body’s natural ability to release stress and restore ease. Using light contact at specific points along the spine, sessions invite the nervous system to soften, regulate, and reconnect—without forceful adjustments.

This work is slow, supportive, and deeply calming. Many people notice a greater sense of ease, clarity, and connection as their body unwinds long-held tension patterns..

INTAKE SESSION

Your first Spinal Flow session begins with an intake to understand your body, history, and goals. This session includes a brief conversation, gentle assessment, and your first hands-on Spinal Flow experience. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports your nervous system and overall well-being.
