Spinal Flow
Spinal Flow is a gentle, hands-on practice that supports your body’s natural ability to release stress and restore ease. Using light contact at specific points along the spine, sessions invite the nervous system to soften, regulate, and reconnect—without forceful adjustments.
This work is slow, supportive, and deeply calming. Many people notice a greater sense of ease, clarity, and connection as their body unwinds long-held tension patterns..
INTAKE SESSION
Your first Spinal Flow session begins with an intake to understand your body, history, and goals. This session includes a brief conversation, gentle assessment, and your first hands-on Spinal Flow experience. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports your nervous system and overall well-being.
REQUIRED BEFORE GROUP SESSIONS
GROUP SESSION
Group sessions offer ongoing healing and nervous system support in a calm, shared studio setting. You’ll receive gentle hands-on contact while remaining fully clothed, with space to rest before and after your session.
Group sessions are ideal for consistency and for those looking to integrate Spinal Flow into their regular wellness routine.
CHILDREN’S INTAKE
Children’s Spinal Flow sessions are designed to be gentle, supportive, and child-led. A parent or guardian remains present during the intake and session. We move at your child’s pace, creating a safe and calm environment where their nervous system can settle and regulate.
