This call is required for all Neurogenic Yoga sessions and series. It’s a simple way to make sure you feel comfortable, informed, and supported before you begin.

Group Spinal Flow Session
Group Spinal Flow offers the same gentle nervous-system support in a shared, calming environment. You’ll receive hands-on access point work while benefiting from the collective, grounding energy of group healing. It’s a beautiful way to experience Spinal Flow in community while giving your body space to release and reset. Perfect for those who prefer a more communal approach

This session guides you through breathwork, gentle movement, and the body’s natural tremor response to release deeply held stress and tension. It’s ideal for anyone who holds emotional or physical strain in their tissues and wants a safe, guided space to let the body unwind. The practice is accessible to all bodies and paced intuitively. A short consult call is required to make sure this modality is the right fit for you.

Spinal Flow Intake & 1:1 Session
This appointment is a full introduction to Spinal Flow and includes your intake, assessment, and first session. We’ll explore your tension patterns, stress load, and how your nervous system is holding on. This session gives your body the chance to begin releasing blockages and returning to its natural flow. It’s a gentle, supportive way to start your healing journey.

This group class consists of 8 classes over 4 weeks. This series offers a deeper introduction to Neurogenic Yoga, giving your body time to settle, open, and release over multiple sessions. Each week builds on the previous one, helping your nervous system gradually unwind long-held patterns. You’ll learn how your body responds to tremors and how to work with them safely. The consult call ensures the series supports your needs and goals.
