Neurogenic Yoga is a gentle yet powerful practice that combines yoga poses, breathwork, and body awareness with a technique called neurogenic tremoring. Tremoring is a natural shaking or vibrating response initiated by the body to release deep chronic tension and trauma stored in the body.

Neurogenic Yoga draws from the work of TRE (Trauma and Tension Releasing Exercises) developed by Dr. David Berceli and is used to help people reugulate their nervous systems, increase resilience, and restore a sense of safety and calm.

The practice is especially supportive for those recovering from trauma, stress, burnout, or anyone seeking a deeper mind-body integration.

My down-to-earth style and gentle guidance make my classes a welcoming space for students of all levels. This is my heart’s work. I truly believe yoga and movement are not only physical practices but powerful tools for inner transformation and personal growth.
