Let your body heal- Tremoring is completely natural and always optional. You stay in control the entrire session

A blanket
A small pillow
Your own yoga mat-optional a mat will be provided if needed
Any yoga supplies you like to use (blocks, straps) These will be provided if needed

Having discovered neurogenic through my own healing journey, I now facilitate others in this deeply restorative practice, helping people learn to SHAKE IT OFF!!
My down-to-earth style and gentle guidance make my classes a welcoming space for students of all levels. This is my hearts work. I truly believe yoga and movement are not only physical practices but powerful tools for inner transformation and personal growth.
